only the amount of sleep you have will affect your health, not the times you have your sleep.the average human being needs 6 hours a sleep to get through the day "barely". 8 hours of sleep to have a good day, and 9 hours of sleep to have a perfect amount of sleep. course that varies for every person but it is an average. for me 9 hours of sleep fits perfectly.
sleep to little and your body will not have enough energy during the day. sleep to much and you will feel tired all day until 4 hours before you go to bed.
