Answer #1:
It'll be ok. you are too young to worry about all this right now. is there NOTHING you can do around the house or try to pick up a new hobby such as painting, drawing, daydreaming (which is ok to fantasize), get a bunny or something very small that your parents will let you have? nothing is going to happen in 2012 so continue to do homework and prepare for years to come. is the house a tad bit messy so you can surprise your parents by cleaning? can you cook well enough to cook dinner for your family?Answer #2:
I used to be exactly like you. I used to deny all therapy and medication.I was diagnosed with clinical depression and it was the worst months of my life ever. Seriously. I was on the contraceptive pill too and I was just generally so messed up, I'm not even going to go into it.
When you get help from the doctors you can talk to someone or if it is severe you can go on antidepressants. To be honest, you don't sound like you have severe depression but I reckon the doctor's could still help you out.
Answer #3:
get some exercise. its healthy and it make you feel accomplished and good about yourself. also make sure you eat fruits and things that are good for you too.You could also try to start a hobby. If its playing guitar, or making model cars and planes. do something that you want to get better at and pursue it.
My point is, is that you need to keep busy, boredom is a bitch and the only way to fix it is to simply get up and go do something! i dont recomend video games, tv, or movies. Try stuff outside.
I struggle with the same feelings sometimes and when i do feel low, bored, or worthless i just grab my bike and hit the bike trail. keeping your body active instead of your mind. it will help you keep things out of your head!
GOODLUCK!!
Answer #4:
YES YES YES!! Listen to Helene. Depression is a serious thing (not trying to scare you or anything) Think of it has having the flu. What do you do when you have the flu? You go to the doctor! They, sometimes, prescribe medicine and give therapy that will help you overcome this. Depression is more than a feeling; it's a chemical imbalance. You haven't done anything wrong and every thing will be alright. Just like the flu, you go to a doctor and it will go away =] MOST IMPORTANTLY! Tell your parents!!!! I know, I know.. It's a very hard conversation to have. They will totally understand when you explain your situation. Here is some very helpful information from the American Psychological Association --

Answer #5:
You need to be more active do something that takes your mind of all the questions or why don't you ask at Church what the point of life is, maybe a Scientific answer may help you even if you don't believe in it. I do think being bored causes depression because you have to much time on your hands to think about things try getting into sports hanging with your friends may help but it just sounds like you really need to clear your mindAnswer #6:
In my opinion you just really need someone to talk to.. Your young and you have a lot of questions.. Find someone to talk to.. someone you can open up to and share how you feel... It's common for people to feel depressed so don't worry just be patient.. you'll see there's something out there that'll make you feel your life's worth living.. Get a dog! someone you can play with during the day and at night spend time with your parents have a nice long talk with them that'll make you feel better :)..Answer #7:
I think you are keeping all these feeling boiled up inside so do have any good friends talk about this to or tell your Mum and Dad. Also you could write a song if you play a instrument. Or my favourite way buy really aggressive music like Papa Roach and just get all out that way. Also if you are board here is website which has some silly things that are just fun. Copy it in on Google and its the first one.enjoy.www.urban75.org/useless/bored.html
